You want to be up-to-date and use the evidence from landmark studies in your clinical practice, but you don’t have time to dig through all that data. You want to use those studies that could change practice but you dont know all the numbers. Your patient comes in and asks you about the latest greatest study. How can you quickly and easily get all that information?

You are at a presentation and you start to wonder if the presenter is really telling you everything you need to know about a study. Did they just present relative numbers? Did they only present the benefits with no mention of harms? Did they come up with conclusions that dont really match the results?

As a student or resident on ward rounds, did you feel hopeless when someone asked you about the HOPE study? Did you ever have to prove what was in the PROVE-IT study? Should you care what the CARE study showed? Did not knowing the results of the TNT study make you want to explode? Have you wanted to enthusiastically let everybody know about the GUSTO study?

You have come to the right place. MyStudies brings the results of the major clinical studies to your fingertips. We have done the work for you - all you have to do is look at the results. The App is free and so are a few sample studies, take it for a spin and see how you like it! If you do, opt for a subscription and you’ll get instant access to more than 230 of the most relevant clinical studies from the last 30 years - the number is growing steadily. For each study see:

• The absolute and relative numbers, NNT/NNH and the confidence intervals for all the important endpoints.
• Which results were statistically significant and those that weren’t.
• The important baseline characteristics.
• The results with either a 95 or a 99% confidence interval or only show those results that are statistically significant.

Not only will you have access to the numbers, you’ll also have quick access to the abstract. MyStudies also provides links to the article on PubMed and you can open it with other apps like Papers or Mendeley.

Our database primarily includes cardiovascular studies, but future updates will include studies from other therapeutic areas. MyStudies includes many of the most important clinical studies from the last 30 years. These studies are easily searchable by acronym, condition, therapy, year, journal and a full-text abstract search.

We are just getting started. Stay tuned for the new features we’ll be adding in the near future!
